Job summary

BRP US Inc. seeks a Global Trade - Business Intelligence Analyst to transform complex trade and customs data into actionable insights.

You will develop Power BI dashboards for GTS operations, analyze SAP/GTS data, and monitorACE portal activity to support compliance and performance reporting. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 2 years in analytics or BI, with advanced Power BI skills, SAP GTS knowledge, ACE Portal experience, and strong Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in data analytics, reporting, BI, or trade operations.
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Power BI.
• Working knowledge of SAP ERP and/or SAP GTS.
• Experience using the ACE Portal and analyzing customs data.
• Strong Excel skills with Pivot Tables, Power Query, and advanced formulas.
• Experience with large datasets and data validation.
• Onsite work in El Paso, TX 50% of the time (5 days per 2 weeks).

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports for GTS operations.
• Collect, analyze, and validate trade compliance and customs data from multiple systems.
• Create recurring and ad hoc reports for managers and operations.
• Identify trends, risks, exceptions, and opportunities through data analysis.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across reporting platforms.
• Extract and analyze data from SAP and related systems for reporting needs.
• Support SAP GTS reporting requirements and data validation activities.
• Collaborate with IT and users to improve reporting capabilities.
• Monitor ACE import activity and reconcile data with SAP/broker reports.
• Support daily import/export compliance and KPI reporting; assist management reviews.
• Identify automation opportunities and develop visualization tools for visibility.
