Job summary

RSM US LLP is seeking a Supervisor for Trade Advisory Services. You will advise U.S. and multinational clients on customs, tariffs, and trade compliance, and help develop strategies aligned with business goals.

You will manage engagements, coordinate with tax, consulting and tech teams, and mentor junior staff while pursuing growth opportunities and contributing to scalable service offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, international trade, supply chain or related field is required.
• Minimum four years of experience in customs, international trade or global trade advisory.
• Strong analytical, research and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on customs, tariff and trade compliance matters.
• Support development of trade strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Identify opportunities for duty savings and supply chain optimization.
• Manage day-to-day execution of client engagements and timelines.
• Collaborate with teams across tax, consulting and technology.
• Coach and mentor junior team members.
• Contribute to development of client-facing insights and presentations.
