Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a Manager Traceability & Labeling Controls in New Brunswick, NJ. You will lead cross-functional teams to deploy GTC platforms and ensure regulatory compliance across the US, leveraging GS1, UDI, and GDS standards.

The role emphasizes data quality, process improvement, and collaboration with Regulatory, Commercial and IT teams to deliver scalable, compliant solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8+ years of related experience with at least 2–4 years in supply chain.
• PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with GS1, serialization, UDI, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams across Innovative Medicine and MedTech for enterprise program deployments.
• Own program and project delivery: scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk and stakeholder communications.
• Gather and define business requirements for system-to-system connectivity and data mapping; engage with technology partners.
• Prioritize portfolio for implementations and drive regional/local engagement.
• Coordinate and provide input to process design, KPIs and user acceptance testing.
