Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a Manager Traceability & Labeling Controls in New Brunswick, NJ, with hybrid work and travel up to 20%. You will lead end-to-end deployment of GTC T&LC platforms, oversee serialization, UDI, and GS1 standards, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver compliant, scalable solutions.

The role requires 8+ years of related experience (2-4 in supply chain), a Bachelor's degree, and PMP preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
8+ years of experience with at least 2-4 years in supply chain.
PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
Experience with GS1, SAP data management, and regulatory compliance.
Strong analytical skills and data quality focus.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional teams for enterprise program deployments.
Own program delivery: scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk and communications.
Define requirements for system-to-system connectivity and data mapping.
Coordinate and provide business input to process design and KPIs.
Ensure integration of supply chain stakeholders across sites and partners.
Lead technology development with industry partners to deliver compliant solutions.
Engage regulators and industry groups to influence regulations.
Develop base business processes post-project closure.
