Job summary

Allstate is seeking a Corporate Intelligence Manager to lead a team of analysts monitoring global threats that could impact operations, personnel, assets, and reputation. You will deliver timely intelligence to senior leadership and support proactive risk mitigation and crisis readiness.

The role partners with Cybersecurity, Legal, HR, and Crisis Management to investigate incidents, develop policy frameworks, and ensure privacy and legal compliance.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical, writing, and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with intelligence platforms (Dataminr, Flashpoint, Recorded Future, Babel Street).
• Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
• Knowledge of global regulatory environments and risk frameworks.
• Experience supporting executive protection, travel risk, or crisis management programs.
• Experience in corporate security, geopolitical risk, or threat intelligence within a business environment.
• Proficiency in data visualization and intelligence reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a team of intelligence analysts across regions or business units.
• Guide collection and analysis of open-source, proprietary, and partner intelligence.
• Produce strategic and tactical intelligence products and brief executives.
• Collaborate with Cybersecurity, Corporate Brand, Fraud, Legal, HR, Crisis Management teams.
• Serve as a liaison for intelligence sharing with external partners and law enforcement.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior executives.
