Job summary

Allstate seeks a global security leader to drive enterprise security strategy, governance, and crisis readiness across facilities worldwide. You will oversee protective intelligence, executive protection programs, crisis management, and global security operations while partnering with board and executive leadership.

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years of progressive leadership in global corporate security, intelligence, or executive protection.
• Expertise in threat assessment, crisis management, and executive protection.
• CPP, CSMP, or equivalent certifications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the enterprise security executive accountable for global security strategy, governance, and operating models.
• Own and lead the protective intelligence program, integrating intelligence across GSOC, executive protection, investigations, and crisis response.
• Design and oversee executive protection programs including travel, events, and crisis support.
• Serve as executive incident commander for security-related crises and enterprise-threatening events.
• Oversee physical security operations, investigations, and GSOC functions across global facilities.
• Manage law enforcement relationships, security vendors, and deploy advanced AI-enabled security technologies.
• Provide regular briefings to the Board and Executive Leadership on threat posture and crisis readiness.
• Lead and develop global security and intelligence teams, fostering professionalism and discretion.
