Job summary

Wolters Kluwer is seeking a Third‑Party IT Risk Manager to lead and modernize its global third‑party cyber risk program across a complex supplier landscape. You will align engagements with risk appetite, security standards, and regulatory expectations while delivering scalable assurance through data‑driven methods.

In this role you will partner with Global Supply Chain, Legal, Privacy and Procurement to standardize contracts, security requirements, and evidence collection, applying automation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information security, MIS or similar.
• 12+ years of cybersecurity/technology risk experience with significant ownership of third-party risk in large enterprises.
• 5+ years of leadership experience (direct managerial or functional).
• Proven experience designing and leading a global TPRM program across the full lifecycle.
• Proven success modernizing TPRM with risk-based approaches integrating validation, automation, and monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Lead and evolve Wolters Kluwer’s global Third Party Risk Management program and operating model.
• Modernize TPITRM with data-driven approaches, AI, and risk quantification.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of third party risk professionals.
• Implement continuous monitoring capabilities for near real-time visibility into third party posture.
• Provide governance, reporting and escalation to senior leadership.
