Job summary

onsemi is seeking a self-driven professional to join the Global Assembly/Test Capacity & Strategic Planning team, focusing on managing probe and test capacity at onsemi factories and OSATs. You will collaborate across supply chain, business units, and global manufacturing teams to align capacity with forecast demand.

The role involves influencing test time improvements and platform migrations, understanding factory performance, and leading capacity growth plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering required.
• 7+ years of semiconductor industry experience incl. manufacturing operations or supply chain.
• Familiarity with ATE is highly desirable.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple functions in a global environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze global demand to identify probe and test capacity improvement opportunities.
• Quarterly supply reviews.
• Develop and maintain the annual strategic plan.
• Influence product engineering plans for test time improvements and platform migrations.
• Understand factory performance and drive improvement initiatives.
• Define capacity growth plans including equipment needs and business case ownership.
• Identify gaps in current processes for new product capacity planning and develop system-based solutions.
• Occasional travel may be required.
