Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years in software test automation with lifecycle experience.
• Experience building and scaling automation frameworks in complex systems.
• Experience in regulated environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of SDETs, coaching and developing talent.
• Define and drive a global automation strategy, frameworks, tools, and architecture.
• Establish a unified approach and toolset across sites to avoid fragmentation.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks and test harnesses.
• Lead automation scripting and ensure traceability to test strategy.
• Collaborate with DevOps to integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines.
