Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Global Marketing Senior Manager - Thyroid Eye Disease to lead the global TED strategy, brand planning, launch readiness, and stakeholder engagement across regions. You’ll partner with regional teams to align with global brand identity and regulatory requirements, while driving market expansion and performance analytics.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years in biotech/pharma marketing, strong project management and collaboration skills, and a track record of successful product

Qualifications

• Doctorate, Master’s, or Bachelor’s with strong marketing/sales experience in biotech/pharma.
• Experience in launching products and managing global/regional marketing programs.
• Proven ability to influence in a matrix organization and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead Global TED strategy and execution across brand planning and launches.
• Coordinate with regional affiliates and external partners to drive market access and adoption.
• Support global congresses, advisory boards, and online strategy initiatives.
• Ensure marketing materials meet regulatory and local requirements.
• Guide cross-functional teams to expand product opportunities post-launch.
