Qualifications

• 4+ years of biotech or pharmaceutical marketing experience, including experience supporting successful product launches.
• Thyroid Eye Disease, Rare Disease, or relevant specialty-care therapeutic-area experience.
• Global biotech or pharmaceutical marketing experience and experience partnering with regional and affiliate teams.
• Experience developing and implementing marketing tools and programs at the affiliate, regional, or global level.
• Strong planning, project management, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead global TED strategy and execution across planning, launch readiness, and stakeholder engagement.
• Partner with internal and external teams to coordinate global and regional activities, including regulatory alignment and brand identity.
• Manage agency, market research, and vendor relationships to ensure high-quality deliverables on time and budget.
