Job summary

Vertechs Group seeks a senior sales and operations leader to drive market development for managed pressure drilling and associated services worldwide. You will manage customer relationships, lead commercial negotiations, and coordinate cross-functional teams to secure major projects.

The role requires extensive experience in oilfield equipment sales, strong contract and tendering skills, and proficiency in English; Arabic skills are a plus. Travel to global markets is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in engineering or technical majors such as oil and gas engineering or mechanical engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of work experience; 5+ years in sales and project operations for oil & gas equipment and services.
• Familiar with drilling equipment markets and able to identify commercial value for customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain target markets for managed pressure drilling and related services, focusing on key regions.
• Manage customer relationships, due diligence, risk control, and CRM processes; promote products and services to drive orders.
