Job summary

Gilbarco Veeder-Root, a Vontier company, seeks a Technical Program Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of development programs and product portfolio releases. You will drive requirements, design, engineering, verification, and deployment across multiple teams and geographies.

The role emphasizes Agile and SAFe practices in a milestone-driven environment, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering on-time milestones with executive visibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or computer science or equivalent experience.
• Experience in product development or business analysis with cross-functional exposure.
• Experience with Agile Methodology and SAFe in milestone-driven environments.
• Fluent in English.
• Experience in a global organization across time zones.
• Ability to lead a portfolio of related programs with high complexity.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage multiple global projects and resources through initiation, scoping, requirements, development, testing, delivery, and sustainment.
• Lead Engineering Teams and Release Trains across geographies with clear requirements and integrated solutions.
• Provide hands-on Agile Program management for high-complexity programs with significant budgets.
• Prepare Program Management Reviews and status reports for customers and leadership.
• Interact with Product Management, Stakeholders, Customer Success, and executives.
