Qualifications

• Two years of experience with manufacturing technologies like extrusion and molding in diverse environments (private/public/government/military).

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for products, processes and sustaining activities to support growth, quality and sustainability.
• Interface with cross-functional teams to ensure successful program delivery.
• Lead technical interactions with labs, plants and other groups to support technologies and processes.
• Travel occasionally to manufacturing facilities to develop, validate processes and material specs.
• Contribute to change management related to product/process changes, cost reduction and lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems and implement new or modified products/processes.
• Multitask and prioritize projects as needed.
• Be familiar with various portfolios in the division and interact with suppliers on production and product changes.
