Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting a Technical Launch Manager to be located in Raritan, NJ or West Chester, PA. The role leads the assigned group, builds cross-functional teams and partners with R&D, Quality and Supply Chain to ensure successful technology transfer and global launch, supporting the planned separation to DePuy Synthes.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree and 7+ years in manufacturing or device/pharma environment, with strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 7 years professional related experience is required.
• Medical Device/Pharmaceutical experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and management influence skills are required.
• Strong Manufacturing Experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the assigned group and coach direct reports.
• Provide global operations leadership to programs or projects.
• Develop operations strategy and plan from charter to global launch.
• Collaborate with functions to align business objectives and deliverables.
• Coordinate with R&D, Quality and Supply Chain for transfer and readiness.
• Ensure design transfer, DFMA readiness, and process development.
• Build cross-functional teams and provide coaching to members.
• Adhere to company health, safety and environmental guidelines.
• Communicate issues or opportunities to senior management.
