Qualifications

• 3+ years in technical writing.
• Degree in Engineering, Technical Writing, Communications, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience leveraging CMS/CDP platforms and AI-driven technologies.
• Writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a focus on clarity, usability, and user-centered design.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with developers, testers, product managers, and editors to create and maintain internal and customer-facing content for a global project with distributed teams.
• Define, implement, and optimize workflows aligned with product and engineering practices (e.g., Agile, Git, Markdown).
• Stay current on topic-based authoring, structured writing, and latest technical documentation trends.
• Ensure compliance with standards and drive quality measures across the global documentation organization.
• Develop and implement new documentation concepts for creation and maintenance of documents.
• Identify user needs and support the team to design documentation projects based on standards and best practices.
• Show proficiency in Markdown, Git, and CMS platforms and participate in SAFe/Scaled Agile sprint teams.
• Interpret design specifications and user stories, assess needs, manage sprint tasks, and report progress.
• Collaborate with product prototypes and participate in documentation reviews.
• Follow technical documentation best practices.
