Qualifications

3+ years in technical writing
Degree in Engineering, Technical Writing, Communications, CS, or related field
Experience leveraging CMS/CDP platforms and AI-driven technologies
Writing, editing, proofreading for clarity, quality, usability, user-centered design
Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Support, and Marketing to deliver accurate, user-focused documentation

Responsibilities

Collaborate with developers, testers, product managers, and SMEs to create and maintain content for a global project with distributed teams
Define, implement, and optimize documentation workflows aligned with Agile practices
Ensure compliance with standards and drive quality measures across the organization
Develop and implement new documentation concepts for creation and maintenance of documents
Identify user needs and design documentation projects based on standards and best practices
Proficiently use Markdown, Git, CMS platforms and support SAFe sprint activities
