Novocure is seeking a Manager, Technical Complaints to lead the global complaint handling program and drive a major quality transformation in a regulated medical device environment.

This hybrid, full‑time role in Portsmouth, NH, leads a global team and migrates from SAP to Veeva Vault Quality, collaborating with Quality, Regulatory, IT, Manufacturing, and R&D.

You will enable data‑driven decisions and support FDA inspections and international audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field.
• 5+ years of medical device quality experience with significant complaint handling responsibility.
• 3+ years of people leadership in a global environment.
• Hands-on Veeva Vault Quality Complaint Management experience.
• Experience supporting FDA inspections and international audits.
• Knowledge of FDA 21 CFR Part 820, ISO 13485, EU MDR, CAPA, and PMS.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global team of Technical Complaint Specialists.
• Own end-to-end complaint handling from intake to closure.
• Lead SAP to Veeva Vault Quality migration.
• Define business requirements, workflows, and system configuration with IT.
• Drive complaint trending, KPIs, dashboards, and management reviews.
• Support inspections and audits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
