Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Project Manager in Columbus, Indiana, to join the Technical Capability Development Team. You will support global learning and systems engineering programs, coordinating complex initiatives with strong organizational and communication skills.

The role requires 2–5 years of project/program management experience and proficiency with the Microsoft 365 suite. This is a temporary, on-site position with a pay range of $26.25–$30.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 2–5 years of experience in project/program management, operations, learning delivery, or related fields.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders, deadlines, and competing priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, Planner, Outlook, Forms, Loop).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills; able to work independently in a fast-paced global environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of global technical capability development programs, including the SECP.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, risk logs, and action tracking.
• Coordinate participant onboarding, instructor readiness, travel logistics, communications, and operational support across regions.
• Manage program budgets, purchase orders, invoices, forecasting, and financial reporting activities.
• Prepare dashboards, status reports, governance updates, and continuous improvement recommendations.
