JPMorganChase is seeking an Executive Director on the Global Technology Strategy team to shape high-impact technology priorities and AI governance for financial institutions. You will partner with senior technology leaders, own focused initiatives, and drive consensus while guiding execution across the firm.

You will lead with deep technical and strategic depth, mentor junior managers, and communicate a compelling narrative to both technical and non-technical executives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of business and technology strategy experience with delivery of global solutions.
• Extensive experience advising senior clients on technology strategy at enterprise scale.
• Fluency in AI landscape and governance in financial institutions.
• Strong ability to drive alignment among senior stakeholders and mobilize execution.
• Excellent presentation, writing and verbal communication for technical and non-technical executives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior technology leaders on strategic questions.
• Own a focused portfolio of initiatives and drive from framing to defensible answers.
• Converge diverse stakeholders to a common answer and translate to execution.
• Frame problems with clarity and defensible direction for high-stakes decisions.
• Monitor AI industry trends and inform firm-wide technology strategy; mentor team members.
