Job summary

Disney seeks a Senior Sourcing Specialist for technology to join its global Enterprise Sourcing team in Bristol, CT. You will lead or support cross-functional teams through full lifecycle technology sourcing, from intake to negotiations and contract execution, interfacing with VP stakeholders and Legal.

You will develop cost-saving strategies, perform rigorous financial analyses, and drive supplier evaluations, RFPs, and contract completion. Strong communication and Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5 years of sourcing or related experience, with at least three years supporting technology sourcing including software, cloud services, AI-enabled solutions, professional services, and hardware.
• Experience leading RFPs with robust requirements and planning.
• Experience supporting and executing technology category strategies.
• Outstanding communication, project updates, and presentation skills.
• Ability to perform detailed Excel analysis and strong project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support cross-functional teams through full life-cycle technology sourcing projects, including planning, analysis, strategy, supplier evaluation, negotiation, and relationship management.
• Develop and apply standardized financial analyses, bid analysis, and cost savings methodologies.
• Create and deliver quantitative analyses and presentations for decision-makers.
• Coordinate with Legal, stakeholders, and suppliers to facilitate contract processes and milestones.
• Lead internal workgroups and quarterly business reviews to improve processes and relationships.
• Nurture stakeholder relationships as a business partner and support strategic/tactical sourcing needs.
• Support development of Category Management strategies with department leadership.
• Foster collaboration across Legal, Finance, and Sourcing teams.
