Job summary

Global Payments, a leading payments company, is seeking an Analyst, Finance to join the Technology Procurement FP&A team and help model and manage vendor spend across the Tech stack. You will collaborate with Procurement, Finance, Technology, Controllership and Treasury to support complex deals and ensure value delivery.

This role emphasizes accurate forecasting, PPR analyses, and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of FP&A and accounting principles in a global, matrix organisation.
• Understanding procure-to-pay finance processes.
• Effective communication style.
• Strong critical thinking and problem solving.
• Ability to plan and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multi-functional teams including Procurement, Finance, Technology, Controllership, Treasury and Project Workstreams.
• Prepare Procurement Process Review (PPR) analysis and allocation schedules.
• Maintain PPR Pipeline, build Cash Flow forecasts and prepare presentations.
• Ad-hoc trackers, approvals, and PRs/POs.
• Support financial modelling of vendor agreements included in Business Cases.
• Support Procure-to-Pay finance and accounting teams.
• Support Procurement and Finance Integration, Separation and Transformation initiatives.
