Job summary

Foundever is seeking a Director Procurement - Technology Tower Lead to drive global category management across Technology/IT spend, including software, cloud, hardware, and services. Remote work from Texas with global scope and cross-functional partnership with executive teams.

You will lead a distributed team, shape strategy, oversee supplier negotiations, governance, and risk management, and deliver savings while enabling enterprise digital initiatives and AI-related priorities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of procurement/sourcing/category management in global orgs.
• 5+ years supporting Technology/IT procurement (software, cloud, hardware, services).
• Experience developing and executing category strategies across large, global spend.
• Leading strategic supplier negotiations and executive-level supplier relationships.
• Partnering with senior stakeholders in a matrixed global environment.
• Leading geographically distributed teams and cross-functional influence.
• Strong commercial, analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead global category management for Technology/IT spend across software, cloud, hardware, and services.
• Direct supplier selection, contracting, and complex commercial negotiations with governance.
• Develop and maintain supplier relationships, governance, and risk mitigation.
• Oversee contracting and commercial activities with Legal, Finance, Security, and Operations.
• Support adherence to procurement governance and enterprise policies.
