Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Jersey City is seeking an Associate on the Global Technology Planning and Analysis team to own the full scope of technology expenses and deliver value-added financial reporting to senior management.

You will work with LOB and Enterprise Technology P&A teams to drive insights and support budgeting and forecasting with a focus on automation and process improvement. You will partner with multiple teams to prepare analyses, consolidate project details, and deliver timely

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or IS (Information Systems).
• 2+ years of FP&A experience.
• Advanced skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Strong data mining and data manipulation abilities.
• Independent decision-making and accuracy under pressure.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist in accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis.
• Maintain month-end and forecast for the remainder of the year and the budget for future years.
• Partner with Tech F&BM teams to provide analytics and insight on technology expenses, risks & opportunities.
• Produce executive presentations and supporting materials for senior management.
• Perform variance analysis and explain changes from forecasts/budgets to senior management.
• Coordinate monthly deliverables with Firmwide P&A, Corporate P&A and Allocations teams.
• Consolidate Global Technology taxonomy reporting and related project detail.
• Enhance controls and streamline processes, introducing automation/models where possible.
• Own continuous review of processes and ensure data integrity for timely reporting.
• Drive efficiencies and participate in transformation initiatives.
