Job summary

Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Technology Financial Operations to lead financial planning, forecasting, and reporting across Global Technology.

You will partner with FP&A, Procurement, Accounts Payable, Internal Audit, Legal, and vendors to establish scalable, controlled processes and actionable insights. The role reports to the President, Global Technology and emphasizes accountability, continuous improvement, and strong governance across technology spend and vendor

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or technology management or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in FP&A, technology finance, financial operations, procurement or related functions with cross-functional leadership.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and executive-level decision support.
• Experience with technology cost structures (cloud, SaaS, infrastructure, software).
• Prior people leadership and matrixed-environment collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Technology Financial Operations team with goals, check-ins, and development planning.
• Build cross-functional partnerships to drive alignment and timely execution.
• Create structure across recurring TFO workstreams, ensuring ownership and continuity.
• Provide financial insight in cross-functional discussions on procurement and vendor input.
• Improve transparency into cloud spend, renewals, and cost drivers for informed decisions.
