H2 Corporation is expanding its team to accelerate the development of MVPs for automated construction estimation. You will lead algorithm development to automatically and semi-automatically process 2D architectural blueprints, while optimizing models for fast integration into daily user workflows.

The role involves working with a tech stack that includes TypeScript for frontend, Go and Rust for backend, and cloud infrastructure on AWS with Kubernetes.

Qualificações

• Experience in building ML-enabled software for processing design drawings is a plus.
• Proficiency in modern frontend/backend tech stacks used to create scalable applications.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and container orchestration.

Job Description

H2 Corporation develops human-centric AI and software technologies with the mission to revolutionize the construction industry. Starting with "KISO," our SaaS platform that visualizes on‑site budgeting and cost management, we now offer "AI Sekisan" (AI Estimation)—a service that automates construction estimation by leveraging cutting‑edge AI training methods and development approaches. To rapidly scale our business, we raised 310 million yen in August 2024 from prominent investors, including Spiral Capital, JAFCO Group, Boost Capital, One Capital, and US‑based MetaProp.

Background

We are expanding our business through a multi‑product strategy to drive DX (Digital Transformation) across the entire construction industry, focusing primarily on mid‑size general contractors and subcontractors. To fuel this growth, we need to rapidly develop MVPs and continuously test our hypotheses. With the recent explosion in user adoption, the number of new products we want to launch is increasing. Therefore, we are looking to expand our team and bring on new members who can lead these product launches from the ground up.
