Job summary

Aon plc is seeking an experienced Tax and Treasury Technology Leader to shape the worldwide technology strategy for tax and treasury systems. You will own the architecture, roadmap, and delivery, ensuring secure, data-driven solutions that support global tax provision, compliance, and treasury operations.

Lead cross-functional teams to modernize platforms, enable AI-driven insights, and sustain governance and risk controls across payments, liquidity, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading Tax, Treasury, Finance or tech portfolios in a global organization.
• Proven ability to translate tax/treasury strategies into technology roadmaps.
• Experience with AI, automation, data governance, and secure platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, architecture, and delivery for global tax and treasury tech.
• Oversee tax provision, reporting, and compliance platforms across jurisdictions.
• Lead treasury systems for cash, liquidity, debt, and investments.
• Govern bank connectivity and payments technologies including SWIFT and APIs.
• Drive data quality, governance, and AI-enabled process improvements.
• Partner with senior stakeholders across Tax, Treasury, Finance, Risk and Compliance.
