Job summary

Aon plc is seeking an experienced Tax and Treasury Technology Leader to develop and implement a worldwide technology strategy for tax and treasury systems, data, integrations, and digital capabilities. You will lead a global team delivering secure, data-driven solutions across tax and treasury functions.

You will own architecture, governance, and end-to-end platform delivery, driving AI-enabled analytics, innovation, and regulatory compliance while partnering with Finance, Risk, and Data leaders.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading Tax and Treasury technology portfolios in a global organization.
• Strong knowledge of tax provision, tax accounting, direct and indirect tax.
• Experience with transfer pricing, treasury management, and bank connectivity.
• Proven ability to lead AI-enabled data analytics and automation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, architecture, and delivery for the global Tax/Treasury tech ecosystem.
• Oversee tax provision, reporting, compliance platforms, and transfer pricing tools.
• Manage treasury functions: cash positioning, liquidity forecasting, payments, and bank connectivity.
• Ensure data governance, security, and regulatory compliance across platforms.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to align technology with business priorities.
