Aon plc in New York seeks an experienced Tax and Treasury Technology Leader to set the global strategy for tax and treasury systems, data, integrations, and AI-driven capabilities. You will own architecture, delivery, and the health of the technology ecosystem supporting tax and treasury operations.

Expect to drive multi‑year roadmaps, govern data quality and security, and partner with Tax, Treasury, Finance, Risk, and Compliance leaders to enable compliant, data‑driven decisions.

Formación

• Experience leading Tax/Treasury technology portfolios in a global organization.
• Strong architecture, delivery, and governance capabilities.
• Proven ability to partner with Tax, Treasury, Finance, Risk and Compliance leaders.

Responsabilidades

• Define and lead the global technology strategy for tax and treasury platforms.
• Oversee architecture, roadmaps, delivery, and operational health of systems.
• Drive AI-enabled automation, data models, and analytics for cash and tax processes.
• Ensure data quality, security, and governance across workflows.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to align platform capabilities with priorities.
• Manage integration with ERP, banking networks, and regulatory reporting.
