Job summary

IFF is a global leader in flavors, fragrances, food ingredients and health & biosciences. This executive role combines leadership of Tax and Treasury under a lean, agile operating model as the business establishes itself independently from IFF.

Reporting to the CFO, you will design and execute global tax strategy, oversee tax compliance and reporting, lead treasury, manage liquidity and risk, and drive a modern, scalable finance capability across markets.

Qualifications

• MBA, CPA, CA, CTP or equivalent advanced finance qualification.
• 15+ years leadership across tax, treasury, and finance in multinational organizations.
• Deep knowledge of global tax strategy, transfer pricing, ASC 740/FIN 48, indirect tax, and Pillar Two.
• Experience leading Tax and Treasury during ownership change or spin-off.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead global tax strategy, compliance, reporting, and policy development across jurisdictions.
• Oversee treasury strategies, liquidity management, funding, FX/interest-rate risk, and capital structure.
• Direct global operations for tax and treasury governance, intercompany financing, and multi-currency cash management.
• Drive transformation through automation, ERP integration, and data quality improvements.
• Partner with Legal, IT, HR, and finance to align milestones and manage cross-team dependencies.
