Job summary

Higgsfield is seeking a hands-on leader to build the tax and treasury function from the ground up for a fast-growing global company in the AI-era.

You will own tax strategy, provisions, indirect taxes, transfer pricing, cash forecasting, banking, and FX, collaborating with executives to guide growth across markets.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in tax/treasury, a CPA, Big 4 and in-house tech experience, and can clearly articulate complex topics to leaders.

Qualifications

• Ten+ years in tax and treasury leadership with a CPA.
• Experience at Big 4 and in-house tech companies.
• Ability to explain complex tax and treasury topics to executives.
• Familiarity with global indirect tax, transfer pricing, and ASC 740.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the global tax and treasury function from the ground up.
• Develop tax strategy, provisions, indirect tax, and transfer pricing.
• Oversee cash forecasting, banking relationships, and FX risk.
• Set treasury policy and finance controls; implement NetSuite and automation.
• Communicate key risks and opportunities to senior leadership.
