Job summary

Meta seeks an experienced leader to drive the Global Tax Operations and Technology function. This role reports to the VP of Global Tax Strategy and Operations and will guide initiatives to scale the tax function through AI and process improvements across a multinational organization.

You will build and mentor a high-performing team, partner with Finance, Engineering, Legal, and business units, and oversee risk management, compliance, and tech-enabled transformations that shape Meta's tax

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in tax operations or tax technology in a multinational context.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proven leadership of large, diverse teams in fast-paced environments.
• Experience driving technology transformations and automation in tax/finance (AI preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the long-term vision for global tax operations with tech alignment.
• Lead evaluation and optimization of AI and automation in tax processes.
• Continuously improve processes across the global tax lifecycle for scalability and risk management.
• Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing tax and tech team.
• Collaborate with Finance, Engineering, Legal, and business units for integrated initiatives.
• Oversee complex global tax operations with compliance and internal controls.
