Qualifications

• Hands-on Vertex O Series implementation and support across multiple versions.
• Experience integrating Vertex with SAP modules (AP, AR, SD) and Tax mappings.
• Global tax implementations experience across US, Canada, EMEA, APAC, LATAM, Brazil, India.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Global Tax lead for tax technology, driving SAP and Vertex data accuracy for compliance.
• Facilitate Vertex O Series integration with SAP S/4HANA including tax procedures and reporting structures.
• Design end-to-end tax integration across Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report, intercompany processes.
• Configure and validate Vertex tax mappings; manage tax certificates and codes; oversee Vertex upgrades.
• Support Brazil tax implementation and Vertex upgrades; coordinate testing and deployment.
• Ensure SOX and change governance with documentation, testing, and controlled releases.
• Coach Tax Super Users and drive automation and AI-enabled tax capabilities.
