Job summary

Twitch seeks a US and international tax manager to join the Twitch Tax team in San Francisco, CA or Seattle, WA. You will analyze direct and indirect tax implications for Twitch projects and collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Operations to guide tax positions across the business.

The role requires CPA or JD and 3+ years at Big 4, law firm, or in‑house with multinational digital enterprises, plus strong business-facing guidance on cross-border tax issues.

Qualifications

• CPA or JD with tax specialization and relevant certifications.
• 3+ years of experience in Big 4, law firm, or equivalent in-house environment supporting multinational digital enterprises on tax planning.
• Experience providing business-facing guidance on US and international tax issues for digital businesses.
• Familiarity with direct and indirect tax concepts (income tax, withholding tax, transfer pricing, VATs, DAC 7).

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document US and non-US direct tax, indirect tax, and tax reporting impacts of Twitch projects.
• Manage outside counsel and external tax advisors on advisory requests and documentation.
• Educate business partners and cross-functional teams on tax issues and analytic findings.
• Socialize final tax requirements with Legal, Accounting, Marketing, and other teams.
