Job summary

Twitch is seeking a US and international tax manager to support tax planning for its digital entertainment business. The role reports to the Senior Director, Head of Tax in Seattle and collaborates with Tax planning and Tax ops teams to address planning and compliance across the Twitch and Amazon ecosystems.

You will analyse US and non-US direct/indirect taxes and coordinate with outside counsel and internal teams to drive compliant, strategic tax positions across projects and initiatives.

Qualifications

• CPA or JD required.
• 3+ years in Big 4, law firm, or equivalent in-house environment.
• Experience guiding business-facing tax guidance for US and international issues.
• Familiarity with US and non-US direct/indirect tax concepts and tax reporting.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document US and non-US direct/indirect tax and tax reporting impacts.
• Manage outside counsel and external tax advisors on advisory requests and documentation.
• Educate business clients and cross-functional teams on tax issues and recommendations.
• Socialize tax requirements with Legal, Accounting, Marketing, and other teams.
