Qualifications

• Before starting full-time at PwC, meet the educational requirements and demonstrate a commitment to undertaking and passing Bar exam.

Responsibilities

• Navigate global tax regulations to optimize strategies and minimize risks.
• Support client engagements by contributing to tax compliance and consulting projects.
• Assist in the preparation and review of consolidated tax returns and income tax provisions.
• Participate in corporate tax planning and corporate transactions to drive compliance and maximize outcomes.
• Collaborate on post-deal integration and tax and finance integration tasks.
• Engage in tax modeling and purchase and sale agreement analysis to inform strategic decisions.
• Demonstrate intellectual curiosity to explore innovative tax solutions and industry-specific challenges.
• Work collaboratively with tax professionals to achieve common goals.
• Communicate effectively with diverse audiences to convey complex tax concepts and strategies.
