Job summary

Trinzic seeks a senior tax leader to direct global income tax accounting and U.S. tax compliance during its spin-off from KBR.

You will oversee the annual and quarterly tax provisions, manage federal/state/local compliance, and coordinate with finance, legal, and external advisors to optimize the effective tax rate and cash tax position. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive tax experience with global tax accounting and ASC 740.
• 3–5+ years of people management in a large multinational or public company.

Responsibilities

• Lead global income tax accounting and ASC 740 provisions.
• Oversee U.S. federal, state, and local tax compliance and indirect tax.
• Manage foreign tax credits, GILTI, Subpart F, and transfer pricing considerations.
• Maintain SOX controls and tax governance framework.
• Provide tax guidance for strategic initiatives and budgeting.
• Drive process improvements, tax technology, and data management.
