Job summary

Trinzic is seeking a Senior Manager, Tax Accounting to lead global income tax accounting and reporting in alignment with ASC 740. You will partner across Accounting, FP&A, Treasury and Legal to ensure accurate tax provision, disclosures and governance processes during a pivotal spin-off period.

Responsibilities include coordinating data, supervising staff, and driving improvements to tax systems and controls to support financial reporting and audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive tax, accounting, financial reporting, or related experience.
• Experience managing and developing tax professionals in a corporate or public accounting environment.
• Significant experience preparing and reviewing income tax provisions under ASC 740.
• Experience coordinating or supporting global tax reporting processes within a multinational organization.
• Experience supporting financial statement audits and tax-related financial reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead quarterly and annual global income tax provision process per ASC 740.
• Coordinate with regional tax teams for data collection supporting global provision.
• Review and approve tax provision calculations, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Partner with Accounting, Treasury, FP&A, Legal for tax balance reporting in financial statements.
• Own reconciliations and analyses of tax balance sheet and income statement accounts.
• Drive process improvements and automation in tax accounting.
