DDN seeks a Director of Federal Tax to lead worldwide ASC 740 provision, the consolidated US federal income tax return, and strategic tax planning efforts. Reporting to the VP of Tax, you will shape the company’s tax strategy and partner with finance, legal, treasury, FP&A, and external advisors to optimize global tax positions.

Qualifikationen

• CPA certification and a bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years of progressive tax experience in a multinational environment.
• Deep ASC 740 expertise and federal tax compliance leadership.

Aufgaben

• Lead worldwide ASC 740 tax provision redesign and related workpapers.
• Own consolidated US federal income tax return and related filings.
• Shape tax strategy including GILTI, FDII, BEAT and foreign tax credits.
• Build and mentor the US tax team and partner with executives.
