Job summary

SNI Financial seeks an International Tax & Accounting Manager to support compliance, planning, and strategy across multiple jurisdictions from Chicago.

Reporting to the Director of Accounting & Tax, you will partner with internal teams and external advisors on global tax matters, transfer pricing, reporting, and compliance in IFRS & GAAP environments.

The role involves mentoring junior staff and advancing tax processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of accounting experience.
• International tax experience required.
• Experience across multiple jurisdictions and legal entity structures.

Responsibilities

• Manage international tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
• Monitor changes in international tax laws and assess impact.
• Support transfer pricing policies, calculations, and documentation.
• Coordinate with external tax advisors on filings, audits, and regulatory requirements.
• Research and analyze international tax issues and provide guidance.
• Review tax jurisdiction assignments for new international matters.
• Support international tax budgeting, reporting and special projects.
• Identify opportunities to improve tax processes and efficiencies.
• Oversee month-end tasks for global subsidiaries with IFRS & GAAP reporting.
