Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• CPA required; MST or JD/LLM in Taxation preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive tax experience, including a combination of public accounting and corporate tax leadership experience.
• Strong expertise in ASC 740 tax accounting and provision reporting.
• Significant experience with domestic and international tax matters.
• Experience within a private equity-backed, multinational, or complex corporate environment.
• Strong knowledge of corporate tax planning, tax compliance, transfer pricing, and M&A tax structuring.
• Experience managing global tax audits and working with external advisors.
• Proficiency with tax compliance and provision software, ERP systems, and advanced Excel.
• Outstanding communication skills with the ability to influence executive leadership and investors.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of domestic and international tax compliance, planning, and reporting.
• Manage the quarterly and annual ASC 740 tax provision process, including analysis of effective tax rate, deferred tax, and disclosures.
• Oversee U.S. federal, state, local, and international income tax filings and compliance requirements.
• Develop and implement tax-efficient strategies to support growth, acquisitions, restructurings, and global operations.
• Partner with executive leadership, PE sponsors, finance, legal, treasury, and operations on strategic initiatives.
• Lead tax due diligence, structuring, and integration for acquisitions and divestitures.
• Manage transfer pricing policies and international tax planning for cross-border transactions.
• Monitor regulatory developments and assess impacts on the organization.
• Oversee tax audits and coordinate with external advisors and authorities.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, technology, and internal controls in the tax function.
• Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing tax team.
