Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking an experienced Corporate Tax Manager to lead tax compliance, treasury operations, and financial reporting for a growing multinational business. You will collaborate with senior leadership on strategic tax planning and international tax matters.

The role offers broad exposure to U.S. federal/state taxes, expatriate tax programs, and treasury management within a global organization, with a focus on improving processes and controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Tax, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in corporate accounting, tax, treasury, public accounting, or a combination of these areas.
• Understanding of corporate tax compliance, tax provisions, and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and solve complex problems.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience working with financial systems and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilités

• Support U.S. federal, state, local, and international tax compliance filings.
• Assist with the annual tax provision, ASC 740 reporting, and tax-related financial statements.
• Collaborate with external tax advisors and auditors on planning and audits.
• Coordinate expatriate tax programs and outside provider filings.
• Prepare cash flow forecasts for leadership decision-making.
• Monitor daily cash activity and treasury operations with banking relations.
• Assist with debt administration, lender reporting, and covenant compliance.
• Prepare treasury and tax reporting packages for leadership and lenders.
• Participate in internal/external audits and strengthen controls.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and treasury operations.
