AMS in New York is seeking a Talent Sourcing Specialist to identify, engage, and assess high-caliber talent for Wealth Management Club Concierge. You will partner with Recruiters and hiring managers to build robust pipelines and drive measurable hiring outcomes.

You'll leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, market research, and talent communities to attract diverse candidates, while maintaining accurate ATS/CRM records and contributing to process improvements.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of talent sourcing or talent acquisition experience.
• Proven ability to identify and engage passive candidates.
• Strong candidate assessment and screening capabilities.
• Experience building pipelines for niche or hard-to-fill roles.
• Ability to uncover motivations and potential concerns through questioning.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Ability to identify transferable skills and evaluate potential beyond resumes.
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills across multiple searches.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify top talent.
• Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, networking, referrals, and market research.
• Conduct market mapping and pipeline maintenance for hiring needs.
• Screen and coach candidates, guiding them through interviews and stages.
• Collaborate with Recruiters and hiring managers to meet needs and timelines.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS/CRM and support process improvements.
