Job summary

The Nature Conservancy is seeking a Talent Sourcing Associate to identify, engage, and attract top talent for executive and niche roles across the globe. You will partner with executive recruiters, knowledge managers, schedulers, and hiring teams to build proactive pipelines.

This role requires research, creative sourcing, and strong stakeholder management. You will conduct sourcing calls, screen candidates, and manage multiple projects with high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years related work experience.
• Experience working with ATS and analytics.
• Experience in sourcing calls, phone screens, and reference checks.
• Experience in social media sourcing (LinkedIn, X/Twitter).
• Knowledge of Boolean search and Google Custom Search Engine.
• Experience coordinating and leading projects.
• Ability to train others.

Responsibilities

• Develop hiring pipelines with recruiters and hiring managers.
• Research and engage top talent globally for executive roles.
• Screen resumes, conduct sourcing calls, and document findings.
• Manage client- and candidate-facing tasks and timelines.
• Build relationships via networks, LinkedIn, and job boards.
• Track prospects in CRM and ATS and produce status reports.
• Schedule and facilitate interviews.
