Job summary

Lutron Electronics is seeking an experienced leader to shape a global leadership bench for the next decade. You will partner with senior executives, HR partners, and Lutron University to identify future leaders, assess readiness, strengthen succession pipelines, and accelerate growth of high-potential employees and senior leaders.

You will design effective development strategies, translate insights into practical actions, and advise executives on readiness and succession decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, ideally in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in talent management, leadership development, organizational development, or a related field.
• Expertise in succession planning, talent reviews, high-potential development, and senior-leader development.
• Experience influencing senior leaders and facilitating high-stakes talent discussions, leveraging strong consulting, coaching, facilitation, and communication skills to translate insights into actionable outcomes.
• Experience in a product-driven company is required.
• You are authorized to work in the U.S. and will not require Lutron to sponsor you for any work visa.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen succession pipeline and lead succession planning for critical roles.
• Lead talent reviews that extend discipline deeper into the organization.
• Identify development experiences that accelerate growth of high-potential employees and future leaders.
• Design and evolve high-potential development strategies and experiences for directors and senior executives.
• Advise senior executives and facilitate talent discussions to support readiness and succession decisions.
• Translate talent insights into actionable development actions and measurable outcomes.
