Job Responsibilities:
  • Partner with business and HR leaders to design and deliver talent management strategies and development plans that ensure effective succession planning.
  • Lead and implement leadership development processes and HR initiatives such as talent and succession planning, performance management, organizational design, and manager development.
  • Support enterprise talent processes and provide consultative support for talent development initiatives.
  • Develop leadership, learning, organizational effectiveness, and talent management solutions in partnership with HR and business leaders.
  • Align talent strategies with business outcomes, leveraging data for decision-making.
  • Collaborate with control functions to mitigate people risk and communicate talent initiatives.
  • Drive learning strategies and programs, working with learning consultants and resources.
  • Advise on organizational change, including operating model assessments and communication planning.
  • Serve as an advisor for cross-organizational initiatives within the Global Corporate & Investment Banking organization.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience in learning, leadership development, organization development, HR generalist, or related HR roles.
  • Strong relationship management skills with senior leaders globally.
  • Experience working with seasoned leaders at various levels.
  • Effective program and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to build positive relationships and operate in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Psychology, or related fields, or equivalent experience.
