Job summary

IDC Corporate is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner (contractor) to lead full lifecycle recruiting across the U.S. & Canada for Sales, Marketing and Research roles, with opportunities to support IT, Data & Analytics, and Finance.

You’ll manage end-to-end recruitment, counsel on market trends, build pipelines for hard-to-fill roles, and maintain strong candidate updates while collaborating with a global team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Autonomous mindset with ability to manage international time zones and diverse cultural nuances.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process and create a positive stakeholder experience.
• Counsel hiring teams on market trends including compensation and skills.
• Build talent pipelines for niche and hard-to-fill roles.
• Serve as primary point of contact for candidates with timely updates.
• Foster a collaborative recruiting team environment and drive delivery of diverse talent.
