Job summary

Lutron Electronics Company, Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Operations Manager to lead our worldwide scheduling and candidate experience teams from our Coopersburg, PA headquarters.

You will own end-to-end scheduling, define metrics, and optimize systems and processes to scale talent operations globally. You will coach Recruiting Coordinators, balance interviewer load, and partner with recruiting leadership to forecast demand and ensure data integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years of professional experience post academics.
• Experience managing a team in recruiting operations or a coordination-heavy function.
• Proven leadership, coaching, and people development skills.
• Strong organization, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Expertise in leveraging ATS or scheduling platforms in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Recruiting Coordinators/Schedulers.
• Set performance expectations, manage workload distribution, and ensure consistent execution.
• Scale team capabilities to meet evolving business needs.
• Own end-to-end scheduling and coordination across the hiring lifecycle.
• Establish metrics and drive data accuracy across recruiting systems.
• Standardize processes and drive efficiency with technology-enabled workflows.
• Oversee recruiting events and logistics and manage vendor coordination.
• Ensure compliance and protect candidate data across systems and vendors.
