Job summary

Hunter Recruiting is seeking a Global Talent Acquisition Manager to partner with leadership for our Roofing and Insulation divisions. You will lead a salaried recruiting team, drive a data-driven strategy, and ensure inclusive, high-quality hiring outcomes.

You will collaborate with HR, Total Rewards, and business leaders to align talent plans with objectives, manage executive hiring, and benchmark against market best practices to continuously improve the candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5–8 years of progressive experience in strategic talent acquisition, including experience as a business-facing recruiting partner in a highly matrixed organization.
• At least three years of experience in full cycle recruitment for executive positions.
• Demonstrated commitment to collaborating with HR partners and stakeholders with a candidate-centric approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct all salaried recruiting activity for the business.
• Manage, coach, and develop a team of 7+ recruiters.
• Oversee all salaried recruiting activity with timely and equitable hiring practices.
• Champion diversity hiring initiatives and embed inclusive sourcing strategies.
• Act as the lead recruiting partner, aligning TA strategies with workforce plans.
• Build diverse candidate pipelines in partnership with I&D and external partnerships.
• Collaborate with Total Rewards on compensation and benefits strategy for open positions.
• Provide consultative support to business leaders throughout the hiring lifecycle.
• Deliver external benchmarks, market data, and best practices to inform recruiting strategies.
• Partner with HRBP to deliver integrated TA strategy supporting broader goals.
• Identify and implement enhancements to recruiting processes and tools.

The Global Talent Acquisition Manager will report to the Director of Talent Acquisition and serve as the primary recruitment partner for our Roofing and Insulation businesses. This role will lead and direct all salaried recruiting activity, managing a team of recruiters, and drive a talent acquisition strategy that is aligned with business goals and rooted in Inclusion and Diversity. The ideal candidate will bring data driven insights, external best practices, a continuous improvement mindset, and a passion for building diverse and high-performing teams. This key member of the Talent Acquisition leadership should be committed to delivering exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience.

• Manage recruitment for Director and Leader hiring both internally and externally for the business.
• Manage, coach, and develop a team of 7+ recruiters to deliver high-quality, inclusive hiring outcomes and exceptional candidate experiences.
• Oversee all salaried recruiting activity for the business, ensuring timely, effective, and equitable hiring practices.
• Champion diversity hiring initiatives by embedding inclusive sourcing strategies, mitigating bias in selection processes, and tracking progress against DEI goals.
• Serve as the lead recruiting partner for the business, aligning talent acquisition strategies with workforce plans and business objectives.
• Builds proactive, diverse candidate pipelines in partnership with I&D, Early Career and external partnerships.
• Collaborate with Total Rewards on a comprehensive compensation and benefits strategy for open positions to ensure we are competitive in the marketplace.
• Build strong relationships with business leaders to understand talent needs and provide consultative support throughout the hiring lifecycle.
• Provide external benchmarks, market data, and best practices to inform recruiting strategies and elevate talent outcomes.
• Partner closely with HR Business Partners to deliver an integrated talent acquisition strategy that supports broader talent and organizational goals.
• Identify and implement enhancements to recruiting processes, tools, and metrics to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and inclusivity.
