Software Placement Group in Naperville, IL is seeking a Recruiter to lead full lifecycle recruiting for salaried roles across engineering, operations, management and corporate functions in a fast-paced industrial setting.

You will source, screen, interview, and build talent pipelines, partnering with managers, HR, and branding teams while ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies. This is an on-site, full-time role with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 3-7 years of recruiting experience in manufacturing/industrial settings.
• Full lifecycle recruiting for engineering, technical, professional, and managerial roles.
• Strong sourcing via job boards, social media, employee referrals and networking.
• Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting software.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to deliver results.
• Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in hiring.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle recruitment for salaried positions across multiple manufacturing functions
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, workforce needs, and long-term talent goals
• Source, screen, and interview candidates, ensuring a high-quality and efficient recruitment process
• Build and maintain pipelines of top talent using internal databases, job boards, social media, and professional networks
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and HR partners
• Support employer branding initiatives and promote the organization as an employer of choice within the manufacturing industry
• Stay current on labor market trends, compensation benchmarks, and best practices in talent acquisition
• Track and report recruiting metrics to identify improvement areas and drive process enhancements
• Participate in campus recruiting programs, industry events, and professional associations to identify candidates
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process
